There is a fair chance that a male liger will grow a mane. Some ligers have it and some don't. Male ligers will grow a mane if the liger inherits his lion father's genes more than his tiger mother's. And if it does, some grow their manes later in their lives.
Just take note that a liger's mane is not as large as a lion's. They are smaller and much more organized than the lion's large and fluffy mane.
A liger is a combination of a loin and a tiger. A mammal that has a mane, and is all stripety!!
