Well, whales dont eat small boats because they eat things like plankton. Can you think of any plankton that are as big as a 10' dingy? No, so why would a whale ever try to eat a boat. whales don't swallow small boats because they know that it is not food, and I don't think they could get their mouth are around a small boat, also, not all whales eat plankton
