Why can't you have a monkey?

because small monkeys are still MONKEYS! They're wild animals. A small monkey may be easier to control, but that won't stop it from biting you or other family members, flinging poo at you when it doesn't get it's own way and keeping you and everyone in your house up all night because it is in a destructive mood..

may I add that small male and female monkeys love to mastrubate and will become sexually frustrated at puberty, just like a human.

small monkey or large monkeys just don't amke good pets. If you truly love them and want to help out their species, adopt on that lives in a zoo or primate sanctuary. That would be the HUMAN thing to do!

most peiople in the united states love monkeys but also many people whant to have a monkey for a pet .some reasons why you cant have a monkey as a pet is that they were meant to be in the wild and also when some monkeys start growing up they start to get kind of aggresive and start to kill some of youre family members.also because if you really whant to have a monkey you got to buy food and give him food every 5 or 3 hours and monkeys also like to climb trees and make a mess on lots of things.but the only people that can have a monkey as a pet are people with hard and bad disabilities and peopole who spend most of there time in wheelchairs
