Mule :)
A mule is a hybrid, it is bred from any horse or any donkey, the mule is fertile. Just a word of advice never think that a Stallion donkey cannot breed tall horses, I had one that bred my Percheron mare!
The lion and tiger to make the liger. The donkey and horse to make the mule.
No. Bred mares are not receptive to the stallion because they are bred, not in heat.
A jenny is a female donkey. When bred to a horse (stallion) the resulting foal is referred to as a hinney. A jack is a male donkey. When bred to a horse (mare) the resulting foal is referred to as a mule. There are apparent differences in the hinney and the mule with the mule being much preferred.
Donkey and horses are related but not the same species. Horses bred to horses produce horses, donkeys bred to donkeys produce donkeys. You may be thinking of a mule, which is a hybrid cross between the donkey and mule.
Mules have been bred since at least 3,000 B.C. in ancient Egypt, where they were used much as they have been in the 5,000 years since: as beasts of burden.
Make it educational explaining differences, how they are bred, how they differ in appearance, what a mule is, etc. etc.
Donkey (ass), camel, horse, cart drawn by horse or donkey, chariot drawn by horse and used by Romans.
I believe the female is called a hind in the wild variety of asses. When the female ass is bred to a stallion horse , the offsping is called a hinny . This offspring is usually sterile, as are mules, since the donkey/horse cross also results in sterile offsping.
