There is not an exact measurement. A dog's sense of smell is stronger than a cat's, whereas a cat's sense of hearing is stronger than a dog's.
A cat.
I own a dog and a cat. If i don't wash my dog, he will smell, but I have never washed my cat and it doesn't smell. So I would say, a cat smells better.
It depends on your lifestyle and preferences. Cats are independent and low-maintenance, dogs are loyal and great companions, and hamsters are small and easy to care for. Consider the time, space, and energy you have available before deciding which pet is best for you.
Dog
Your dog may smell like cat pee because it got sprayed by a Tom cat. A cat's spray often smells like pee.

Wet dogs tend to be rather smelly. A dry dog smells a lot better.
Because it's in the chain of the cat eating the bird and then dog eating the cat.
Yes. Perfectly safe. If you have a vicious dog it maybe a little harder. But the key to having a dog is to introduce the cat SLOWLY. Keep the kitty locked up in the bathroom or spare room for 2 or 3 days. Le your kitty get use to the smells around him/her and the smells of the dog. Everyday, give your cat and your dog a little time together everyday. Make sure you are in the room with them to make sure everything is going well.
