It may not know how to eat yet. Purchase some 'mother's milk' from your pet store, pour it in a dish, and keep prompting it to eat. put some of the milk on it's mouth with your finger so it will lick it off and so on.
If it still continues to avoid food it could have health issues and you should take it to the vet immediately.
Kittens like babies have to eat often, and if it isn't eating at all it can have very damaging effects.
My friends cat had a single kitten. She refused to keep it after 3 weeks. I decided to at first give it some smelly wet kitty food and slowly add a little dry til eventually it is weened onto the dry. When kittens are being weened or cut off of mothers milk they tend to have diarrhea. Best of luck , i hope all turns out well for you and your kitten
Why would you eat a kitten any way? Are you a nutso person kittens are cute and cuddley and that would be evil to eat a kitten.
Maybe they don't want it or there not ready to eat it.
yes a large peacock will eat a small kitten or animal.
They do not eat kittens.
they are usually weened at 8 weeks. (2months)
My money is on the kitten. The Kitten would eat the smurf, so the kitten wins.
Coyotes often do... But really any carnivore/omnivore that is bigger, or stronger, or smarter could potentially eat a kitten.
Only for about 3 weeks once they are weened, take the mother out. Cuz she will eat them.
no, babies that are too young to be weened off should not eat cereal. if you are talking about an adult, get a bowl.
That should be plenty old enough, pet stores sell kittens at 9 weeks old and they are weened and eating dry food
The past tense of "ween" is "weened."
