Cockers are generally between 13 to 15" tall and 15 to 30 pounds. The smallest I have seen was 11" tall and 10 pounds at 2 yrs of age. Many people call smaller Cockers mini cockers but really there is no such thing. It is just a smaller Cocker. If you are looking for a small Cocker make sure both the parents are small because the larger size is dominant. You can not go by the puppy's size either. I have seen many times a puppy that was half the size of it's siblings catch up to them by adulthood. And have seen larger Cockers give birth to a whole litter of tiny puppies that were only 1.5 pounds at 4 weeks of age but all the puppies were around 30 pounds full grown. Smaller Cockers are not to the AKC Standards so you would never be able to show it.
The smallest member is the Cocker Spaniel (also known as American Cocker Spaniel).
