According to our vets it's Eukanuba.
CORRECTION:
THE VETS LIED! If you look on the ingredients label for Eukanuba, the first few ingredients are Chicken, Chicken BY-PRODUCTS, and Corn meal. Both corn meal, AND wheat are common allergens in dogs. If you want a healthy dog food, I suggest you look at the label first, and see if the first ingredients are chicken, fish, turkey, or other meats. Rice is the best un-meat food for dogs.
Science Diet
I work in a veterinary clinic and the makers of Hill's Science diet partner up with the vets and tell them to "recommend" their dog food. Even though the dog food is a better food than most, it's not the best food out their.

They can, depending on why the stones formed in the first place. In dogs, the stones are usually due to the interaction of the dog's diet and the dog's genetics. Since you can't change the genetics, most veterinarians will recommend a special diet to help reduce the chance of recurrence.
In general most veterinarians will recommend dry food for dogs. In order to choose the right type I recommend you pay a visit to your local pet shop, and look at their selection of dry foods. I have had great experiences with Eukanuba, but any of the brands displayed in the dry food section should do. Now, the bags should be labeled and sorted according to age and breed. Decide which category your dog best falls into, and that's the food you'll want to buy for it. I'm sure you could go online and find food specifically tailored for your dog's breed and age, but you will have to frequently buy food for your dog, which is why I recommend making the choice at your local pet shop. If you have any more questions, I'm sure your veterinarian, or the employees at the pet shop will happily help you out.
Areas where veterinarians are needed are in places like the east side of Flint, MI. Where people don't care if their dogs are fed or not, where they don't care if their dog is getting into a dog fight. Veterinarians need to be there to help them, and give them shelter.
Royal Canin makes a special Bulldog food.
i can answer that i think it is lams My vet recommends Natural Balance/Duck and Potato flavor for my dog-so I guess it depends which vet you talk to......plus, it depends what ailments your dog currently faces (ie. my dog has food allergies, hence Natural Balance/Duck and Potato flavor is hypo-allergenic and is compatible with a food allergy "patient :)
You can feed your puppy rice with their puppy chow. In fact, most veterinarians will instruct you to feed your dog rice with boiled chicken or cottage cheese when your dog becomes ill. This is because these foods are very bland and will not upset your dog's stomach as easily as their regular food.
