No, that is not true. Some people think there is some sort of genetic defect caused because of the size. These animals have a normal life span when taken care of properly.

No. But bunnies not fed the proper diet who aren't neutered or spayed DO have a shorter life. All properly taken care of buns should live 10+ years.

I think 'dwarf' in dwarf lopped means that the ears are small not the actual rabbit because I had a French Dwarf Lop and she was HUGE! An English Lopped Rabbit has ears that brush across the floor usually, but a FDL ears don't. :)
