If you mean the green tomatoes leaves, they can make the rabbit ill. All of that plant family have leaves that can make them ill, so check the list: potatoes, rhubarb leaves, black walnut leaves, and much more. Green tomatoes will also make rabbits sick (although we can eat them if cooked, like in chutneys, etc. and the ripe green zebra toms are fine for humans, too). See the related links and questions below for more information. Whenever your rabbit eats something unhealthy, keep a very close eye on their behaviour and appearance for the next week or so, looking for signs of ill-health. If you see any signs of illness, respond immediately (with vet care, and first aid if applicable).
