Take him/her out of their cage to walk around and bring toys so it can get exercise. If you think your guinea pig is sick, take him to the vet.

∙ 14y agoTry putting it in its ball and getting it to run, by using a treat, keep moving it away. It should get excersise and get less sluggish!
