Take your dog to a large grass field and tie a weight (depending on the size of the dog) to the handle of its leash and the end attached to the dogs collar and then run and let him/her chase you. Doing this twice a day for about 15 - 20 minutes a session will bulk your dog up tremediously. Espically if they happen to be a pitbull. After about a week of doing this results will clearly be noticed.
