Take it to a vet, if you don't have enough money then ask the vet where you can buy pills to help your dog! I hope your dog's face gets better! Take better care of your dog next time but I'm sure your a very thoughtful owner

Could simply be from flea bites, but it would be best to consult your vet.

It depends on the cause of the swelling.

It may be a bite, a sting, inflammation, an infection, hernia, tumour or in the worse case scenario, cancer.
