Not much is known about one of the largest animals on Earth, the blue whale being the largest. As for what eats them, I think the only creature in the ocean that might tempt to kill one and could achieve it, is a pod of orcas, they do attack and eat whales. Since I have not herd of orcas killing sharks to eat, I don't see why orcas would attack a whaleshark, but who knows?
They don't eat people, but then most people would say, "No!Don't go there that's dangerous orcas. But then, well yeah, its true that orcas are very dangerous but then, they do not eat you! They eat fish or something! They just attack you because they are very sensitive and nervous around you! But still, never ever EVER EVER!, go through a swarm of orcas.
Orcas are known to occasionally kill and eat swimming polar bears.
Killer Whales or Orcas are immensely strong. They are largest member of dolphin family with no natural predators beside humans which isn't natural. Orcas have been known to attack great white sharks and blue whales and win.
The natural predators of the humpback whale are orcas (killer whales) and occasionally sharks. Attacks usually happen in the humpback whale's feeding grounds. They only attack calves. Orcas are a bigger threat than a shark.
