Kangaroos are faster. Kangaroos have large, strong tendons in their hind legs which act as "springs". The springing motion requires less energy than running does, so kangaroos are able to bound for longer distances than other mammals with the standard four legs can run. They have strong back legs and elongated hind feet for bounding.

A kangaroo because it has more strong legs than a rabbit
it depends on the individual animal. One rabbit in the world can probably run faster than one dog in the world, but one dog in the world can run faster than one rabbit in the world, i am guessing, but it might no be so. You should ask next time: "Are the average of rabbits faster than the average dog?"
A mutation that makes a rabbit able to run faster.
