Well since this is in 'The Moon' I can only assume you mean the actual moon, and that moon shine, must mean light from the moon, as opposed to the similarly-spelled alcoholic beverage. The light from the moon can do no harm to your body, it can only slightly illuminate your body, along with all things that are not obstructed from the moon's light.

Myths and legends say that since humans are made of mostly water and the moon affects the tides, you can turn into a werewolf on the night of a full moon.
