Hey, You don't have to have a fancy name for a Maltese Shih Tzu mix... Most of the time breeders refer to them as a; Maltese Shih Tzu If you really want to, you can shorten the two names to come up with something like; Maltzu, or Maltshih... I would go with Maltese Shih Tzu as it is a more well-known name... But it is your choice... Hope this helps ;) when i got my dog from a long island breeder she called her a shi-malt
Sure, either a shih tzu or a Maltese should be able to wobble their bottom jaw all over the place. It's heriditary.
my shih tzu only bites if you try and pick her up
dog food.
They are a cross breed. Shih tzu from Tibet and Maltese from Malta. They are gorgeous dogs. and from the great dane to then daisy (the malshi that i have) Shes been the best. They are very funny dogs. we get a crack of laughs from her. She even does laps around the house.!!! LOL But the one problem to these dogs is well the fur. It gets really mattered easily. Anyway they are fantastic dogs.
not all long coat dogs shed, i have a Maltese cross shih tzu cross lhasa apso and she doesn't shed but iv'e also got a great dane that sheds constantly.
all dogs are different so some might like bunnies others not so much.
yes they can my friends have one :)
Like a bullshitzu
Short nose breeds tend to get hair that gets into the nostrils which causes them to sneeze. But you maltese X shih tzu could have certain allergies or maybe even the flu.
All dogs shed fur. Some dogs shed a lot and some not as much. It depends on the breed. But, Maltese/Shih-Tzu mixes don't shed much. You can't tell when they shed though, because their fur is so thin that it seems like nothing.
Maltese have longer hair then Shitzu,s and they are white Maltese but Shitzu,s can be brown.
