The movie War Horse, by Stephen Spielberg, was based on the book by Michael Morpurgo. Michael Morpurgo got his idea from a painting -
'In the old school they use now for the village hall hangs a small dusty painting of a horse. He stands, a splendid red bay with a remarkable white cross emblazoned on his foreheard and with four perfectly matched white socks. He looks wistfully out of the picture, his ears pricked forward, his head turned as if he has just noticed us standing. To many who glance casually, it is merely a tarnished old oil painting of some unknown horse by a competent but anonymous artist. But those who look more closely will see in fading black copperplate writing across the bottom of the bronze frame, "Joe, painted by Captain James Nichols, Autumn 1914."'
So, technically, Captain James Nichols, played by Tom Hiddleston in the film, existed. And so did Joey. But everything else, about Albert and Topthorn (Joey's friend horse), was fiction. Or was it?

The odyssey was actually the story that came after the Trojan war. In the Illiad, Greece won the Trojan war after ambushing them using the wooden horse.
Yes, so far as I know he is.
He doesn't hear it. He comes up with the idea of the Trojan horse and wins the war for Greece.
In the story "The Rain Horse," the horse can be interpreted as a symbol of the protagonist's inner turmoil and fear rather than a real animal. It represents the protagonist's inner demons and the need to confront his past actions and emotions. The ambiguity adds to the mysterious and surreal atmosphere of the story.
The horse's name is Lady. She is a symbol of courage, strength, and hope in the story, representing the resilience of the Danish people during World War II.
