Treatment depends on what the dog's stomach is filled with and whether or not the stomach has also twisted on itself. Most Vets will attempt to remove the contents of the stomach (whether there's air or food in there) and, if necessary, take the dog to surgery to untwist the stomach and/or remove any dying tissue. Additionally, the dog will need IV fluids and excellent pain control, at the very least.

It could be your dog is not eating the right kind of dog food, is eating too much in one day, not getting enough exercise, not drinking enough water, is eating people food and shouldn't, or the dog treats/chews are not settling well.
You take it to a veterinarian for examination and treatment immediately. While a puppy with a rounded abdomen may only have roundworms, they still need to be treated to protect your puppy's health. Other less common but much more serious problems would include intestinal obstruction, foreign body in the stomach or intestines or infection in the abdomen.
