I had the same Problem. It was 4:02 am and i heard my dog yelping.. he been laying down all day. He was a Begal. i woke up and i saw my dog laying on this pillow i made him and he was whining alot. and i was petting his back and then i saw that he stoped breathing and my other dogs was whinging after that.. Im really sad and been crying for a long time. :(
I am so sorry to hear this. I lost my best friend too and it just breaks your heart into little pieces. At least you were with your dog at the end and your pet took comfort from you being there instead of being all alone.
I am so sorry to hear this also. My dog died and i have been alive all my life with her. I came home from school one day and i asked my dad where is Buffy (my dog)? He didn't say anything except point up at the ceiling then said heaven.(by God) she was 13 and a half when she dies and a golden retriever. I believe she is a hawk in the sky.
