No it is not. Regumate is designed for mares. It is used to help prevent them from coming into season by 'adjusting' the levels of certain female hormones. Since a colt is a male it will not affect him in the same way and may cause problems with his hormones. Further more you would need a equine vet prescription for the drug and they would not prescribe it for a colt.
