* I have heard that it can be caused by acid refelux disease or heartburn. check the consistency of dog's stool. have it tested by a vet, could lead to digestive problems like irritable bowel syndrome or leaky gut syndrome. also, som breeds of dogs are more pre-disposed to these types of things. a woman we once treated had this problem and her dog ended up having acid reflux that was easily treated with a simple heartburn pill, such as pepcid.
He may be thirsty. Make sure he has water at ALL TIMES!!! 24 hours a day or at least while he is awake.
