It really depends on the person and the breed. Some marathon runners will be able to run farther than most dogs, but most sport breeds like a schutzhund trained German shepherd will run all but the best of human athletes into the ground, but at the same time most fit people will be able to handily outrun a toy breed.
On the whole though, given the average medium or large sized dog will be able to outrun the average person.
Yours is a very vague question.
Dogs are faster than humans, bacause the have 4 legs.*
Four legs do not determine that a dog is faster than a human,It Depends on the size and breed of the dog, some breeds can only reach top speeds of 18-20 mph..where humans can reach speeds of just under 30 mph..so in that instant the human would be faster than the dog.
However over all comparing Canines to humans it is the canines that are faster than humans with the Greyhound breeds reaching speeds of 45+ mph
It is hypothesized that a road bike with a streamlined frame and lightweight components would be faster than a mountain bike due to its lower weight and aerodynamic design. The road bike's thinner tires and more aggressive riding position may also contribute to increased speed compared to a mountain bike, which is designed for off-road terrain and features wider tires and a more upright riding position.
riding a bike can have an advantage over a plane because if you don't want to pay money than a bike is better and that riding a bike gives you cardio.
yes. you mean is a race bike faster then a trail bike. ya all racebikes are faster
Depends. Bike riding is a decent cardio work out, so it's better than nothing. But a dedicated workout to make you a faster runner would have some weight training(squats, lunges) and then a lot of interval (sprint) training.
A jump bike is more suited toward jumps, tricks and fancy riding. A regular bike is not suited toward these types of activities but mostly for normal riding.
if you were running then yes,but riding in a car does not count
Moves faster than normal.
The aeroplane will have a bigger surface area, and is likely to travel faster than a bike. And if you double the speed the drag increase even more, so that becomes really important.
According to my calculations a go cart is not faster than a dirt bike. Ive had my experiences.
Well, people rode horses, and there's a decent set of similarities between that and bike riding.
Depends on the bike, the rider and the riding conditions. I usually do between 12-30 km/h, depending on terrain. There are faster guys than me though, faster bikes too.
Ninja's are faster than docati's
