Is that 20x40 inches, or feet?
Because different rabbits can be very different sizes, and different makes and models of the supplies you'll need (like a litter box, hay source, water dish, etc.) can be different sizes, it isn't always helpful to decide on a cage based on measurements.
Whatever its measurements, a rabbit cage must be big enough to fit all the necessary supplies, with enough room left over for both rabbits to stand up straight on their hind legs, to stretch out to their full length, and to hop a few paces at least.
See the related question about rabbit cages for more details and helpful links and ideas.
Every rabbit should have it's own cage after it reaches the age of 4 months. They will start fighting at this age and also are old enough to start breeding and have babies.
rabbits should be in a big pen or a cage were they have enough room they also should b kept in a nice warm room, that's probably y people ask y is my rabbit cold
Yes thst is a big enough cage.
they can get ate by other animals and crap in you house but if you dont mind picking up crap and dont have other animals then go ahead but dont go asleep by tomorrow it will be a bunny invasion :)
The HRS recommends a cage at least 4 times the size of your rabbit stretched out. However, the size you listed seems to be adequate for a dwarf breed (~2-3lbs) as housing. Remember that rabbits still need to exercise outside of their cage every day to keep them healthy.
Yes, you can put your Shih Tzu in a cage provided that the cage is big enough to accommodate it.
Yes. They will breed best in a flight cage, a cage big enough for them to fly from perch to perch.
In some cases, there can be four birds in the same cage if the cage is large enough and the birds are the same species.
Small parrots don't do well with big ones, the African grey will become dominant, and it will act aggressively with the cockatiel. a cage is not a good idea no matter how big it is, only an aviary will be good enough to house them.
Most definantly! You could put a thousand in and it would ok! Parakeets are very social. Just make sure you have a big enough cage.......or an aviary!
you should get a cage that allows you pet to get plenty of air.one big enough to have a water bottle and food and a wheel.
no it cant they do not like the wheels or the ball
