No, it isn't open to public tours. The original Dog Psychology Center in South LA was relocated to a new location in Santa Clarita and at this point it is by invitation only. If you are a client and are asked to come you are of course welcome but there are no public tours, there never have been, and there probably never will be. It is a place to help dogs and not a tourist attraction. It would disturb the purpose of the place.
The Barefoot Contessa is way to busy to give public tours.
About 17 kilometres or 10.6 miles. It is not far and there are tours from the city that go there, as well as regular public transport that goes to Malahide.
The National Exhibition Centre (NEC) in Birmingham does not offers tours. This is because it is simply an event hall of relatively new-build. It has no historical features to offer.
