first check all your tires pressure. then park the mower on a level concrete surface and drop the deck to the ground. then reach up under the frame but above the deck in front of each back tire and loosen the big wing nut. do this on both sides. then go to the deck height adjuster and pull the plastic cover off the lower end slots and lower the handle all the way down and lock it in. now all you have to do is tighten the wing nuts under the frame and then pull up the height adjuster handle and you have leveled the deck. one more thing if your deck has gage wheels on it you really need to take them off for this leveling job
Park on a flat, level concrete surface. Remove the cutter deck gauge wheels, lift the extra plastic flap below the cutter deck height lever, place a 2x4 wooden block under each side of the cutter deck. The blocks should be at the outer most point of the deck. With the flap raised, move the height lever to the lower most position. Loosen the plastic wing nuts (one on each side)and the spring loaded brackets should move to a neutral position, leveling the deck based on the blocks under the deck. Retighten the wing nuts, raise the deck lever to a position above the extra flap. Fasten the flap, remove the blocks, reinstall the gauge wheels, and you are good to go.

Per the owners manual for the tractor:HOW TO LEVEL THE MOWER HOUSINGIf the mower housing is level, the blades will cut easier and the lawn will look better.1. Make sure the unit is on a hard, flat surface.2. Check the air pressure in the tires. If the air pressure is incorrect, the mower will not cut level. Make sure the tires are inflated to 14 PSI (1 BAR).3. Some models have gauge wheels on the mower housing. If equipped, remove the gauge wheels.4. Open the [lift lever] cover.5. Move the lift lever to the LEVEL ADJUSTMENT position.WARNING: The lift lever is spring loaded. Make sure the lift lever is locked in the LEVEL ADJUSTMENT position.6. Loosen the left and right adjuster knobs. Push down on each side of the mower housing. Make sure both sides of the mower housing are setting on the flat surface.7. Tighten the left and right adjuster knobs.8. Raise the left lever from the LEVEL ADJUSTMENT postition to a CUTTING HEIGHT position.9. Close the cover.10. If equipped, install the gauge wheels.11. Without knowing the exact mower you are working on, I will give you the most common answer. If the blades are belt driven you do not have to align them. They are positioned so that they will not contact each other and will overlap in their cut pattern.
The purpose of a Flail mower is to cut tougher, thicker grass that can not be cut by an ordinary mower. They are usually driven and often used to cut grass by roadsides.
