This is a cross between two breeds - the Maltese and the Shih Tzu. There is no set price for cross bred dogs. It would depend whether the litter was accidental or whether the person who mated these two different breeds was trying to cash in on the trend of designer mutts. Some people are silly enough to pay a lot of money for a mongrel. Try the local pound which is where many of these dogs are dumped when they lose the cute fluffy puppy look and grow hideously long matted coats. They are the designer dogs who truly need homes.
