You should feed your 12 week collie 4 times daily.

General rule of feeding is:

6 weeks to 4 months = 4 times daily

4 months to 12 months = 3 times daily

Over 12 months = 2 times daily for the rest of his life: 1/3 in the morning and 2/3 in the evening.
