It depends on what breed it is. Some will eat anything you give them and therefore overeat. This habit can develope by you only serving your pet specific portions and nothing more until the next schedualed mealtime. This puts your dog in a habit of eating all it is given. If your dog won't overeat then i suggest leaving out a bowl of food all the time. If your dog will, I suggest talking to your vet. He will factor in the breed and size/weight to help you.
Typically with Our Chihuahuas we have always left food out (dry) for them - they do have a fenced yard & I would say get regular exercise & all are of a healthy weight. We have 5 & 3 of them are all 4 years old - with the youngest 2 being less than 1 year - we have had all of them since they were 6 weeks of age. I would recommend Beneful as they tend to favor it - they all also get the occasional treat of a Beggin Strip.
No...the dosage may be too much for a chihuahua to handle. Your vet can give you the right dewormer and dosage for your chihuahua's weight.
Like all dogs, a Chihuahua can eat some human food. However, it should not be his main diet. He should be fed a high quality commercial dog food. And be sure not to give him too much fatty food, or he could get the runs. And NEVER any chocolate.
Please answer! I might get a budgie and I want to know how much food I should feed it.
it should not be more than 6 lbs.
Albino fish should be fed a small amount of food, 1-2 times a day, that they can consume within a few minutes. Overfeeding can lead to health issues and water quality problems in the aquarium. It's important to monitor their behavior and adjust the amount of food given based on their appetite.
Give it a lot of food and let eat as much as needed
as much as possible
6 to 9 pounds
uh..........8 pounds?
1-5 pellets a day
you should have someone come in and feed them
Very fattening, do not give ANY to ANY dogs. Thank you for your understanding.
