Quite often the commercially-sold and -made burgers have meat from over 50 or 100 cows in it. But if you are referring to one burger from one particular animal, like which is made from a steer or cow that is slaughtered for one family to eat and share with other families, then that would probably only be 1/16th or less of that cow.
