Depending on what other food sources he has, an outside cat can live indefinitely without being fed. In places where there are many other cats and other predators, of course, his food supply will be scant. In the absolute worst case, that he is unable to hunt because he was declawed, it is possible he would survive a week.

Generally, it should be mentioned that outside cats often die prematurely due to larger predators and accidents. The average lifespan for an outdoor cat seems to be about four years.

They can live anywhere between kittenhood to late teens, depending on the outside environment (cars, busy roads, other cats etc.). Some cats will live longer than others.
