The Cheetah are useful to people in more than one way. They are apex predators; as such, they provide food for a variety of scavengers in their habitat range. Because their method of adaptation has led them to have a limited gene pool, they are a living example of 'why' people should not participate in inbreeding.

Cheetahs are dangerous because even though they are quite lightweight for their size, they are still big cats with sharp teeth and long claws. Cheetahs are also the fastest mammals on earth.
