It is very hard, so I don't blame you for visiting. I just hold down the forward button and jump at the hurdles when I can see. It doesn't always work, but I don't understand any other way. You also need to get fit on the mini games. You can do as many practices as you like, but you can only do about one or two proper training. You don't get any points if you do practice. Good luck!
