there are only two types of pitbulls, blue nose and red nose.
there are many kinds of pitbulls: 1. American pit terrier 2.American staffordshire terrier 3.staffordshire bull terrier and pitbulls can be recognized as blue nose which are mostly gray but it kinda looks like theres a tint of blue ... red nose pitbulls that red and of course the black nose pitbulls have very distinct looks to them you.
wonderful very loving and friendly dog.
Mostly blue nose and the colors would be interesting to see.
One blue nose would kill it
Though not always as it depends on the parents genetics it is typically possible. It would be called a blue fawn. Fawn coat with blue nose, eye rims, blue mask, ect.
The difference between a blue nosed pitbull and a red nosed pitbull has nothing to do with their nose it is the colour of their fur and akin. 'Bluenose' pitbulls are grey where as 'Rednose' pitbulls are brown.
It depends on the individual dog, but erected around 3 inches.
Blue nose pitbulls do have potential skin and hair issues. This is commonly called CDA (Color dilution alopecia). Also called Blue Doberman Disease and Color Mutant Alopecia. Basically, the blue is a dilute of black and a weaker hair follicle that breaks off. This is seen in many breeds. It is also seen in other dilute colors like Isabella. Blue seen in blue pitbulls is not the same as blue like blue merle collies or Blue heelers. Those "blues" are a mix of black and white hairs and the dilute dogs that are BLUE have no black anywhere on their bodies. Not hair, nails, footpads or nose leather. Google color dilution alopecia for more info.
Blue Nose Pitbulls enjoy (and need) vigorous physical activities like swimming, regular walks, visits to parks, playing fetch, running, and chasing a frisbee are all options.
A Red Nose APBT is defined by it's red nose, red nails, amber eyes.. and often, (but not always), a red coat.BTW, Red Nose and Blue Nose Pit bulls are exactly the same except for the difference in color. Red Nose, Blue Nose, Black nose, etc.. are all colors for dogs, not different breeds.
hold down now first of all where do you live some places won't allow you(as they think there all dnagerous) and second of all i would suggest don't breed as theres already so many dogs out there that have no homes! First of all, your pitbull, is it a rednose pit or a bluenose pit? You cannot have a blue nosed pitbull if yours is a red nose. Bluenosed pits are bigger in size than red noses. But if you just want one who is blue-ish in color, you need to find a grey one to mate her with.
