Weight: Teacup- under 6 pounds.
Toy- under 12 pounds.
Miniature-13 to 18 pounds.
Maxi- over 19 pounds.
Height: 14-15 inches.
I, have a cockapoo that weights 18 pounds.
Some, get bigger all depends on their bloodline if they have more poodle in them or more Cocker Spaniel, and it depends on if they are bred with mini/toy/teacup/standard poodle.
Hope, this helped.
Anywhere from 15-30 pounds. Definitely no bigger than 2 feet.
Actually, they can be significantly larger than that. My Cocker seems to be a rarity, I certainly have never met another like him, but he is a giant. He is not overweight, and he is 37 lbs, and stands over two feet. Most people are shocked when they see him, but I have also met several people who also had Cockers this big. I would agree the above range is the norm, but they definitely can be much much larger.
Lady is an American Cocker Spaniel .
"Cocker" in the breed name "Cocker Spaniel" comes from the "cock" part of "woodcock" - the game that the Cocker Spaniel was first bred to hunt, flush and retrieve.
My Boston/Cocker mix is 40lbs, he is 6
Lady was a Cocker Spaniel, although Disney never stated whether she was the American or English variety. Based on her appearance, most people agreed that she was an American Cocker Spaniel.
She is a Cocker Spaniel.People debate on what kind of Spaniel, though.
no, English cocker spaniel became cocker spaniel in he 14th century.
"Cocker" is an adjective; "spaniel" is a noun. So the plural is cocker spaniels.
Definitely, I had a cocker spaniel/fox terrier mix and she (Allie) shed a lot. Every summer, we got enough hair off of her to make a small sweater. The dog looked like Benjie but with big cocker spaniel eyes.
no the cocker spaniel isn't the pet of the month!!!
Yes. they should do :) They are a lovely breed of dog. The only aggressive Cocker spaniels I have met are golden cockers. But if you've had a cocker spaniel for many years, and then decide to bring home a puppy, they might get a little jealous. So be careful. but if you get them the same time. it should be fine :) x
Can this cocker spaniel can hurt you or make you sick
