My dog recently had one of these and when we asked about it, we were told to just watch it to make sure that it didn't spread to her entire face. After about a week, it's starting to heal and go away on it's own. I'm not convinced it was a rash, but it looked more like sores all over her top lip. She kept licking it too, which worried me, but it looks like it's getting much much better. If it does spread, I was told that we would have to put her on antibiotics.

A gentle leader is a type of headcollar that fits around a dog's muzzle and behind its ears. It typically has an attachment point for a leash under the chin. When fitted properly, the gentle leader should allow the dog to open its mouth to pant and drink, while discouraging pulling and redirecting the dog's head towards the handler.
Either it has something stuck in its mouth, has to sneeze, or has something stuck in its nose.
White foam coming from your dog's nose could indicate a variety of issues such as respiratory infections, allergies, or even nasal foreign bodies. It is advisable to consult a veterinarian for proper diagnosis and treatment to ensure your dog's health and well-being.
Since you can get a rash from human urine (think diaper rash) - yeah you can get a rash from dog urine but a brief exposure usually won't be enough unless you are allergic to something the dog ate.
In "Where the Red Fern Grows," the term "muzzle" refers to the nose and mouth area of a dog. The muzzle is often used in the context of restraining or covering a dog's mouth.

Depends on what kind of rash it is. If it is an irritation rash, then check the fur. There might be burrs or an insect. If it is an insect rash, then ask your vet to find out what insect bit your dog.
