ya kinda I hope not
Depends what you mean. If you mean by just meeting other dogs in the park, then no. They are dominant and slightly aggressive with other dogs. It is best to keep them under control when walking on a leash.
If you mean by getting another dog and you already have a Shiba Inu, then they will be a bit hesitant. Shibas do not like to share their private space and no doubt a puppy will be a gigantic change for them. You will have to let them get used to any new additions to your family.
The Shiba Inu is one of the smallest and distinct spitz breeds of dogs from Japan. The Shiba Inu was originally bred to hunt animals like birds and rabbits.
You need to brush them a lot. They get along with cats. They like walks and like attention. Overall Shiba Inu are pretty self care taking dogs.
it all depends on the breeder like if it had a good or hard upbringing!
A Shiba Inu is a Japanese dog with a curly tail. These dogs have ATTITUDE, man! These little guys are extremely stubborn and don't get on with other dogs very well. But they are very loyal to their owner(s). Medium to small in size. They can be tan or black. There is even a book on JUST a Shiba Inu. It is called "Hatchiko Waits". (I think, so don't make fun of me if that is not the title or it is not about Shiba Inus!!)

The shiba inu is a type of Japanese dog. This dog can tend to show aggression, especially in the female dogs. However, obedience training and early socialization can temper their aggression.
Mine doesn't.
A Shiba Inu is the smallest of the five Breeds native to Japan with the Akita Inu being the largest.
No. This breed is generally hardy and healthy with few genetic weaknesses. A small amount of Shiba Inu may face hip dysplasia and few are prone to a slipped kneecap, but other than that they are very healthy dogs.
Shiba means brushwood and Inu means dog so, it means Brushwood Dog.
