That's not true: Asiatic black bears and Amur tigers occupy much of the same range. However, tigers probably would not actively hunt bears, seeing as they are also large animals with big claws and strong teeth and jaw muscles. However, if a tiger came across a bear that was already dead, or perhaps even a lone cub, it might take the opportunity to eat it. Most likely it'll stick to deer, sheep, fish and birds.
Snakes generally don't eat Hawks. It's far more common for Hawks to eat snakes.
