Most definitely Wild hogs can destroy almost any type of feeder made. There are numerous exceptions, of course, based on physical size of feeders, weight and thrust as would be dictated by size, volume of feed inside containers etc.
The thing to remember about wild hogs and wild boars , is that they can get rather large, and they are very powerful animals.
When using any type of medium weight 55 gallon or 35 gallon lighter weight spin-cast tripod deer feeders made these days, we "highly recommend" one of the following: (1) the Deer Feeder Leg Footpads Heavy Duty Style - designed to accept a Standard T-Post through the center of the 7" Square Footpad - each footpad has a large nut welded to it and a ½" bolt that when tightened secures the feeder leg to the T-Post; or (2) the basic version ( no t-post ) whereby the Deer Feeder Leg Footpads Standard Style featuring the heavy duty designed steel 6" square support footpad with a 3/4" stake hole for re-bar or other anchoring stakes are held to legs by a protruding steel tab.
