It doesn't make a sound. - Actually it produces a very low pitched hum (most likely due to the very long neck and large chest) that humans can't hear. Like with bat noises you can frequency shift the giraffe noises to listen to them.
Giraffes makes no sound at all, they are silent creatures.
Giraffes do make sounds. They make snorting and moaning sounds usually when there is danger. Hope this helps! Also it is said Giraffes have a low frequency voice, and so people can't hear it clearly.

Giraffes don't make nests, they give birth on the spot.
Calves (baby giraffes) bleat and make a mewing call. Cows (female giraffes) seeking lost calves bellow. Courting bulls (male giraffes) sometimes let out a loud cough! Also, giraffes have been heard snorting, moaning, snoring, hissing, and making strange flutelike sounds!
By and large they eat. Giraffes are herd animals so they move from place to place looking together for food.Further information:Giraffes are social animals, with no set number in a herd, and any combination of young males and females. Older males are solitary, only joining a herd during the mating season. Giraffes are most active at dawn and dusk, but will continue to graze through the day. Younger males in a herd spar with each other by "neck Wrestling", in which they twist their necks together and try to push each other off balance. Giraffes do not make loud noises, and usually make no sound at all, but when startled may grunt, snort or even bellow. They can make a mooing sound when distressed.
