No. No bulls nor rodeo bulls bite. They're not like horses, they would rather use their horns or hooves to cause injury than use their teeth. They don't have upper incisors so biting wouldn't have much effect on their offenders.

In a recent study of 122 dog breeds by the American Temperament Testing Society (ATTS), Pit Bulls achieved a passing rate of 83.9%. That's as good or better than Beagles ... 78.2%, and Golden Retrievers ... 83.2%. This study basically showed that Pit Bulls and Golden Retrievers have about the same aggressive tendencies, except that a Golden Retriever is more likely to bite people than a Pit Bull is.
Their jaws are very powerful and their teeth are very sharp, so they can break bones or rip flesh apart with one bite.
Yes, people do bite.
There is no known proof that pit bulls can bite harder than other breeds of dog. Dogs bite harder or less hard depending on what situation they are in, so it is very difficult to run tests to determine bite strength. It is a natural assumption that larger dog breeds with bigger jaws have stronger bites. That would mean there are numerous dog breeds that can bite harder than pit bulls.
