Miniature horses are registered with the AMHA and or the AMHR in the United States. Many of the smallest are descended from the Fallabella horses that originated in Spain.
Of course miniature horses can get pregnant. Horses are born, not made. And they're born from other horses. Only way for that to happen is if horses get pregnant.
No Miniature isa horse BREED its probably the smalllest horse breed gestation is when a mare (girl horse) is pregent and careieing a baby foal
As with any breed of horse, you have to have a market for that breed. Most industrial nations have the resources to afford the luxury of non-working horses.
That really all depends on the breed of horse. Most horses, except for the very small or miniature horses, are bigger in terms of size and weight than muskoxen. Small miniature horses can be smaller or lighter than most muskoxen.

No they are not, Miniature horses are a man made type of horse and do not reproduce in the wild. The Shetland pony however does breed/live in the wild and is just slightly bigger than a mini, but far stronger and much more sound.
I work with miniature horses and they pretty much act lik normal sized horses
