If by raw you mean uncooked then yes and even steemed,cooled down and unsalted corn is OK. Gerbils can eat uncooked corn on the cobb/kernnels. Raw corn is actually sod in most gerbil's mixed food from stores.

Yes they can! Just make sure it hasn't been treated with any harmful pesticides. Organic is always best for them. Gerbils also enjoy raw sunflowers with seeds, lettuce, black olives, squash, and tomatoes. They aren't super keen on fruit though unless it's the dried variety that you find in trail mix.
