Yes. Any horse can be a good jumper if they are willing and built right. Thoroughbreds have a lean, rangy conformation and are very quick and bold. They can be quite scopey show jumpers, or brave eventing horses.

Well, most breeds are good jumpers. Except for the HUGE bulky horses. Just make sure it has no muscle or joint problems, and good conformation. Usually Thouroghbreeds, or hunters. Some warmbloods. Welsh ponies, haflingers, and pretty much anything.
If you mean Station bred as in the type of horse bred in New Zealand, then yes they can make good jumpers. They may be limited in how high they can jump due to their stock horse conformation, but they should make good lower to mid level jumpers with the correct training.

Friesians can make OK lower level show jumpers, but they are not designed nor bred to jump. Friesians were originally bred to pull carriages, plow fields, and on occasion to carry a night into battle if needed. Modern Friesians are now also bred for Classical Dressage competitions.
