Yes. Their camouflage is they blend in to the ocean, what I mean is if you are under a dolphin and look up, it will be hard to spot because of its white under belly. If you look at it from the top you will see its blue top side and it will blend into the ocean.

Manatees can´t camouflage that much they can only camouflage with rocks because, the rocks are gray, and they are gray.
