No, grapes (with and without skin) cause kidney failure in dogs. Same goes for raisins. Doesn't matter the amount. I learned from hard experience when my Rottie ate just three raisins that had fallen on th floor. He was bloated for days an had to have his stomah pumped out. Unfortunately he didn't survive.
