Take your dog to your local groomer and ask them to give her/him a puppy cut. They should know what it is. You can also look online at pictures of yorkie puppy cuts and bring them a picture of what you are looking for.

yes it is
Our Grandson has asthma and he has had no bad effects from our Yorkie, who lived to the age of nearly 17 years, even though he sometimes laid in his bed with him. We now have a new Yorkie puppy who is 16 weeks old and he handles him and plays with him and has no reaction from this. The puppy we have also has a marvellous temperament and our 4 year old Granddaughter treats him like a playmate and he responds very well! Just be careful where you obtain your puppy from and see the parents as well and if it is bred indoors with children that is usually a good sign that they will accept plenty of contact with them.
Start by establishing a consistent routine for feeding and going outside to potty. Take your Yorkie puppy outside every few hours, after meals, wakes up, and play sessions. Reward them with treats and praise when they successfully go potty outside. Be patient and consistent in your training to help your Yorkie puppy learn where it's appropriate to potty.
Mother Yorkie eating puppy waste is totally natural. Most mother animals do this to clean up after their young.
a Yorkie and a pit bull German Shepherd ,Chihuahua
Spoon feeding them can help but if they still wont eat I'd either take them to the vet or give them treats like dog chocolate drops!
