The answer is yes I have mine in a 4'x6' and it's really healthy. Just cut holes in the sides for ventilation and get a big one.

If you mean the climate a ferret can live in - they cannot be in temperatures over 85 degrees Fahrenheit, over that and they will go into heatstroke. Ideal temperature for a ferret is about 70 degrees.
