No. Mice are rodents, not marsupials.

There are numerous tiny dasyurids, or carnivorous marsupials of Australia, which come under the broad heading of marsupial mice. They include the antechinus, dibbler, ningaui, phascogale, planigale, kultarr, dunnart, kaluta, mulgara and kowari, but these creatures are not related to the rodent known as "mouse" at all.

No. Muskrats are placental mammals, not marsupials, which are pouched mammals.

Muskrats are rodents. Rats are also rodents, but a muskrat is not a rat.
