A 1948 uncirculated silver dollar that has benn certified uncirculated depending on grade would be worth 2000 dollars and up
Please look at the coin again and post new question. No U.S. One Dollar coins were struck in 1948.
Check that coin again, because what you describe doesn't exist. Ben Franklin was on the HALF dollar from 1948 to 1963.
All circulated Franklin halves are considered common, if it shows ANY wear the coin is valued for the silver, about $16.00.
All Franklin half dollars are 90% silver with 10% copper.
It's Dollar not dollor and the coin is a Ben Franklin Half dollar not a "liberty" half dollar and value is likely $5.00 just for the silver, only high grade mint state coins have better values.
The coin is a Franklin half dollar (1948-1963) and is common. If the coin shows any wear, value is about $10.00 just for the silver.
The value depends on the silver price, today it is worth around $4.94, but will change as silver prices change.
From what country? Please post a new question. The U.S. stopped making silver dollars in 1935.
Please check again and post a new question. There were no US bills printed with the date 1948.
1952 is not a hard date to come by for Franklin half dollars, actually all Franklin half's (1948-1963) regardless of mintmark are common and most circulated coins are valued for the silver only, about $13.00
